How do I book a home?
Pick your dates on the home's page and book instantly, or send a request — the owner confirms within hours. Your dates are locked while you complete payment.
How does payment work?
A deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due before arrival — the exact split is shown before you pay. We accept cards, PayPal, Zelle and bank transfer.
Is the airport pickup really free?
Yes — every booking includes a free arrival transfer from the airport (For 4 People), arranged with our partner Amanah Vacations. Add your flight details after booking and your driver will be waiting.
Can I cancel my booking?
Each home shows its cancellation policy before you book — most offer a full refund up to 30 days before arrival. See Help & policies for the details.
Are the tours really cheaper?
Tours and parks are at partner prices through Amanah Vacations — the same private tours, at prices the big platforms don't get.
Who do I talk to during my stay?
