We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in Playa del Carmen. The apartment was very clean, exactly as described and as we expected, and we were completely satisfied. We had a minor issue during our stay, nothing serious, but we particularly appreciated the responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff, who always answered our questions promptly. We highly recommend this rental. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return!
The stay was amazing at Mareazul Resort. All the services inside are perfect: the pool, the beach in front of the sea and also the padel court. One of my favourite things is the private pool area in front of the house. I suggest this unit at all for the vacation in Playa del Carmen for sure.
The place is just beautiful !!! And the option of the host is excellent ! Meets everything it promises, I would even say it exceeds expectations. I recommend it 100% They have a bar and restaurant within the same complex and just a 5 min drive away there is a 24/7 Soriana. The treatment of the guards and the inhabitants was always friendly.
The property looks just like the pictures. It is clean and well kept. It is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, etc. The barbecue grill was a nice touch, we used it several times.
Tut Casa was a beautifully presented apartment, with great amenities on site. We loved both the poolside restaurant and the beach bar. We stayed with my parents as well as our 3 month old daughter, and we felt very well taken care of. Our concierge, Carlos, was very accommodating and fixed any issues we had quickly, and even helped with some recommendations for local businesses to use. Thank you for a wonderful first time trip to Mexico!
The home was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing! The private pool was especially enjoyable! The kitchen was clean and fully set up. I would recommend you take advantage of the grocery delivery! There are 2 restaurants on site, which were very good, but one closed before dinner. So it’s nice to have food and drinks available at the home. We grilled and cooked dinner a few times. The pool at the resort was huge! The beach was beautiful! Easy access to the pool and beach. Security was everywhere, on the beach around the pools and all over. It felt very safe but not invasive. Definitely recommend getting a massage! The techs were great and the spa was relaxing! There is a small grocery shop on site if you forgot something but I do not recommend to depend for everything, only essentials. TutCasa got us to and from the airport and set up our excursions. We only had to wait to be picked up! They treated us Amazingly! Definitely would recommend and use again! Thank you!
